Lisa White
Owner-President
Lisa has been painting, working in the building trades, and being creative since 1993 in Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa. From new construction, to remodeling, to church restoration, she has worked in all facets of home and business improvement. Her current business, THE PAINTER LADY, LLC, includes a highly experienced team who offer: interior painting, color and design consulting, wallpapering, faux-finishing, staining, varnishing, and customized artwork.
Lydan Haas
Vice President
Lydan is the son of The Painter Lady, so naturally, he has plenty of experience painting and managing jobsites. His first memory is painting in a closet at 10 years old. His favorite part of the job is people, ALL the people. He enjoys reflecting on his day as he meticulously folds a drop cloth. Lydan considers himself a worksite DJ by orchestrating the rhythm and the flow of the work being done. When he’s not grooving with a paint brush he enjoys being with his kids and spending time with his beautiful wife.
Olivia
Artist, Wallpaper Specialist
Olivia is an artist at heart and grew up in renovation. Born into a house in which her father was building and progressively moving from fixer-upper to fixer-upper. Countless restorations and remodels have inspired her and have taught how to have a creative outlook with every project. Olivia’s love of painting started at age 5 when she asked if she could help paint the house! Redecorating and painting happens so much at her own home that friends see transformations nearly every time they visit. Olivia has worked in both commercial and residential settings utilizing multiple skills for many years. Olivia’s favorite part of painting is watching things change. Her mantra is, “I love making things beautiful again!”
Allison
Project Manager
Allison Twombly started her career out of college with Sherwin-Willams where she worked in management at multiple locations for 11 years. Looking for a change in pace, she sold flooring and blinds for a bit, but couldn't keep her eyes off the walls!
Allison wears many hats at the Painter Lady, helping with bidding, color consultation, jobsite triage and other projects.
Leon
Cabinet Specialist
Leon has forty years of experience painting, thirty-three of them as a foreman. He was accustomed to working several hundred feet in the air on church scaffolding, but The Painter Lady brought him closer to the ground focusing his expertise on finishing cabinets. His workshop is like a spa that cabinet doors go to after a long hard day’s work. They always come out looking rejuvenated and ready for years more of service! When he’s not pampering cabinets, he enjoys fishing on the Mississippi River.
Aniela
Office Management
Aniela is the “keeper-of-order” at The Painter Lady headquarters. She conquers timecards, social media, and tedious mathematical feats. An accomplished music teacher, Aniela is taking some time to raise her and Lydan’s four children while managing the backstage of the tri-state area's premier painting company. Aniela is elated whenever she gets to create a new Excel sheet or Google Doc folder. True story.
